Quinton de Kock is 10.5 credits but he was back to his big-hitting best at the top of the order last time out and is certainly the stand-out choice as wicket-keeper, ahead of Mangaliso Mosehle. 

Batsmen

Faf du Plessis leads the Paarl Rocks’ line-up and if he hits top form he will soon pay back his 10.5-cedit cost. James Vince is their form man, however, and well worth picking up at nine credits. For Cape Town Blitz, De Kock is joined up the order by Janneman Malan and Marques Ackerman. At 8.5 and eight credits respectively, they are well worth picking up.

All-rounders

Liam Livingstone is another key (and in-form) batsman for Cape Town Blitz, while George Linde is a genuine all-rounder and has amassed 225 Dream 11 points at 8.5 credits. Dwaine Pretorius is Paarl Rocks’ top all-rounder and, just as he was when these teams last met, he was in the runs and wickets last time out.

Last time out, Jozi Stars posted 129/3 and Vince’s 43 led the chase to seal a four-wicket win in just 16.1 overs.

Cape Town Blitz won back-to-back matches to bounce back from their heavy defeat to Paarl Rocks. Most recently, they posted 174/6 against Durban Heat and Dale Steyn’s 2-23 was key in securing a ten-run win.

They lost last time out, however, despite Quinton de Kock and Liam Livingstone both hitting 39 in a total of 186/9. Steyn took two more wickets, but Nelson Mandela Bay Giants sealed a five-wicket win with four balls to spare.
